02 / The challenge and the work

What stood in the way, and what we did.

Where the client started, what we changed and what the figures show.

What was the challenge?

Its ads were drawing interest, but lead volume was inconsistent and each wholesale enquiry cost more than it needed to.

What did RankNexus do?

We simplified the campaign structure so Meta could optimize for real wholesale enquiries, rebuilt the creative around what business buyers need to see (collections, wholesale availability, style and quality, ordering, and clear reasons to enquire), improved the lead form to ask for enough detail to separate serious buyers from casual interest, and raised the budget only while leads stayed efficient.

What changed?

Comparing 1 June to 31 December 2025 with the same length of time just before it (30 October 2024 to 31 May 2025), Meta Ads Manager shows leads up 58%, from 213 to 336, and the cost per lead down 15%, from $102.21 to $86.47. Leads grew faster than spend, which rose by about a third to $29,054, almost all of it on the main ad; the two ads that had taken most of the earlier spend (about $134 and $411 a lead) were no longer running.

They were patient with our feedback, quick with changes and always easy to reach. It felt very personal, rather than dealing with a big agency where you keep speaking to different people.

The main ad's own cost per lead rose, from $60.53 to $86.26, as it took almost all of the budget; the overall cost per lead still fell because two high-cost ads (about $134 and $411 a lead) stopped running.

These are leads as Meta Ads Manager counts them; how many became wholesale orders isn't shown here.

What this means for your business

Better buyers, not just more clicks.

Wholesale enquiries are worth more when they come from real buyers. A simpler campaign, creative built for boutique buyers and a lead form that asks the right questions grew leads while each one cost less.

Meta Ads Manager counts the purchases and leads it attributes to the ads; orders, margins and revenue sit in the client's own systems. This is a record of one client's result, not a forecast for yours.
