Who handles your information
Rank Nexus LLC (“RankNexus”) is responsible for information you submit through this website. Business address (correspondence / registered use, not presented as a staffed public office or eligible LocalBusiness location): 1500 N Grant St Ste R, Denver CO 80203, United States.
Privacy questions: use our contact page.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects: name, email address, area of interest (from a fixed list), an optional selected programme when you arrive from a pricing or service link, optional website address, and your project message. A honeypot field is included only to discourage automated spam and should be left empty. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the work you are considering and discuss a possible engagement. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or a newsletter.
How it reaches us
When the form is submitted successfully, its contents are emailed to our business inbox using Resend (the configured transactional email provider). Server-side credentials are used for delivery; they are not exposed in the browser. The visitor’s validated email is used as Reply-To so we can respond. It is never used as the From address.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure processes requests needed to operate the site (including technical logs such as IP address where the platform records them). Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable service terms and safeguards.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not currently install advertising pixels, session recorders, optional analytics cookies or a newsletter signup by default. Essential hosting/session behaviour required to serve pages may still occur at the infrastructure layer. If a measurement or advertising integration is enabled later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools collect optional data.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Owner decision still required: a numbered retention schedule (for example “delete unanswered enquiries after X months”) has not been published here. Until that choice is recorded, treat retention as “as long as needed for the purpose above,” not as a certified policy for every jurisdiction. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Your choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, or to object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
Other websites
If you follow an external link, including a booking link where one is configured, the destination service has its own privacy practices. Review those before providing information. Portfolio “Visit website” links open separate client sites operated by those businesses.
Limitations of this notice
This page describes the website’s current enquiry and hosting behaviour based on the repository configuration. It is not legal advice and does not certify compliance with every privacy regime. UK readers may find the ICO’s privacy-information guidance a useful reference; that guidance notes it can be updated when legislation changes.
